Back in 2011 in TIXI STUDIO we developed this idea for a product suitable for chefs called MENU2012 Working along with Eric Morales (Odiseo.) All the graphic design was executed by me and this is the original project. http://cargocollective.com/r3do/Menu
Menú is a new concept of fruit, specially made for gourmet chefs which are open to new ideas for their recipes, all the natural flavour contained in freeze dried dices. Chefs can store the fruit for months without missing any property or flavour
The packaging design was inspired by the traditional mexican fruit markets, full of sign paintings and typography, the tin box protects the product for a long period of time.
